WIAW: Number 56

Happy Wednesday! Is it just me, or did Halloween feel like it was yesterday? I can’t believe we’re already a week into November. Crazy. There’s no better way to  kick off a Wednesday then with WIAW :)

Breakfast

OIAJ made *this* way (that’s coffee/cocoa/sugar on top, not pepper, haha), I also had coffee on the side

I think oats-in-a-jar are by far my favorite way to eat oatmeal. I may have been trying to use that jar up just so I could have it for breakfast… ;)

Snack

Monday night I made a batch of Gina’s cranberry orange amazeballs and during my last class yesterday I had one for a snack.

Lunch

sweet potato with cottage cheese and steamed broccoli with hummus & ketchup

Try putting cottage cheese on top of a baked sweet potato. You’ll thank me later ;)

Snack

short soy cappuccino

I went to “my office” yesterday afternoon to get some homework done. Do the Christmas cups make anyone else extremely happy? You don’t have to answer that…

When I got home I had a serving of cinnamon chex before heading down to the basement for a workout. My right leg is still a little sore from the half marathon, but other then that, I feel pretty much back to “normal”. I think I’m going to try running tomorrow. Going longer than two days without running is harder then I thought!

Dinner

salad (spring mix, apple, 1/4 avocado, dried cranberries, & sesame ginger dressing) + TJs vegetarian chili

I just haven’t been in the cooking mood lately, hence the easy to prepare meals ;) Hopefully a cooking streak will make an appearance sometime soon.
