WIAW: Back to School

Happy Wednesday<3 We are officially half way through the week which means I’m halfway through with school. Monday and Tuesday went well, besides the parking. IUPUI seriously needs to fix that problem. Let’s just say it took me probably twenty minutes to find a spot. But I did manage to make it to class on time! I plan on sharing some more about my classes later on this week. For now, onto yesterday’s eats!


Breakfast & Snackbs

I used my normal oatmeal recipe and added a tablespoon of almond butter on top. Delicious! The cutie was scarfed down enjoyed on the ride home from school since I ate breakfast so early and was more than ready for lunch.

Lunch & Dinnerld

For dinner, the soup I made was this one from Ina Garten.  I highly recommend it! I’ve already made it twice within the last week or so. The banana cream sauce is one I got from Chelsey and make almost everyday. It’s addicting. And so easy.

Snacks

Pretty Little Liars returned last night so that was definitely watched as well :)

  1. That soup looks so good! I’ve been making tons of soup lately so thanks for the link! It seems like the recipe is made by all the variety of seasonings and spices. Did you change anything when you made it?

  2. Is that Caribou coffee and not Starbucks?! LOVE all your eats – especially the microwave apple pie. I’ve made something similar to it before and loved it. Parking at my school is absolutely ridiculous too. I have to plan the extra 10 minutes it takes me to walk from the parking lot to class sometimes!
