Do recognize the bowl? I got my pottery back on Friday! I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out. I also love that it’s the perfect size for oatmeal. I was afraid it’d be too small, but it’s just right

Chipotle veggie bowl
After working at the daycare for a couple hours, my mom and I met Emily for lunch at Chipotle since she had the day off as well. Of course a trip to Starbucks had to happen too.

salad with roasted veggies, cottage cheese (try it, I promise it’s good!), and hummus
I mentioned yesterday that I took a Shift & Lift class Monday, so after I came home and took a shower, I was ready for dinner. I’ve been eating salads like it’s my job lately. I just can’t get enough. So quick and easy for lunch or dinner.

I always have to end my day on a sweet note, so my snack was enjoyed while watched The Biggest Loser. Anyone else watching this season? This is the first time I’ve really gotten into it and so far I love it! I think those trainers have my dream job. Bob is my fave

I LOVE your bowl! I actually made one in the same shape, but I’m not as much of an artist as you! All your food looks amazing…Chipotle is heaven. I completely agree, I’ve been eating lots of salads. Quick and easy!
