5-Miler Playlist

If you’re anything like me, music is what helps me push through my runs. It helps distract me from the fact that I’m running for almost an hour (depending how far I run that day), and really keeps me motivated. I had been using the same playlist for almost two months, and on Friday knew I needed a little change. Below is what I came up with and I swear it made a difference in my run that day. I’m not sure exactly how long this playlist is, but should last anywhere between 45-60 minutes. And if running’s not your thing, this would make for a great elliptical/walking/sitting-on-the-couch-doing-nothing playlist too. Because let’s be honest, we all do that sometimes. (PS-there is only ONE Taylor Swift song on here. I know, I too, am shocked).5-milerplaylist
