If you’re anything like me, music is what helps me push through my runs. It helps distract me from the fact that I’m running for almost an hour (depending how far I run that day), and really keeps me motivated. I had been using the same playlist for almost two months, and on Friday knew I needed a little change. Below is what I came up with and I swear it made a difference in my run that day. I’m not sure exactly how long this playlist is, but should last anywhere between 45-60 minutes. And if running’s not your thing, this would make for a great elliptical/walking/sitting-on-the-couch-doing-nothing playlist too. Because let’s be honest, we all do that sometimes. (PS-there is only ONE Taylor Swift song on here. I know, I too, am shocked).
