So remember back in the fall when I started a little series called “What’s in the Cart?”? I kind of let it slip past me for several months, and today, I’m bringing it back!
This past weekend I took a trip to Trader Joe’s, and figured I’d share with you all some of the usual things I pick up from there, as well as some new fun finds! This trip was smaller than most, so I don’t have too much, but better than nothing, right?

-panda puffs
-frosted maple & brown sugar shredded wheat
-waffles (the best kind in my opinion!)
-challah bread
If you haven’t tried TJs shredded wheat, you are missing out. I picked them up a few weeks ago for the first time, and they are so delicious! They make for a great snack when I need something sweet
I also decided to pick up a loaf of their Challah bread. It’s so light and fluffy, and has a slight sweetness to it. I used it for Sunday’s french toast, and we also had some with dinner on Sunday. It’s not something I’d get every week, but every once in a while it’s a nice treat.
-unsweetened vanilla almond milk (x2)
-spinach & kale greek yogurt dip
-frozen strawberries
Usually I get Silk’s unsweetened almond milk, but lately I’ve been loving TJs. It’s the most creamiest almond milk I have tried, and it has the perfect amount of sweetness. I usually go through about a half gallon every week and a half, so this should last me a little while.
I tried the above dip with lunch on Sunday and it was pretty good! I topped my sweet potato with a few tablespoons of it + a dippy egg, and it made a great lunch paired with an apple.
-smoked paprika
-21 seasoning salute
-almond butter
My mom and I are slightly obsessed with smoked paprika. I pretty much sprinkle it on everything and I love roasting vegetables in it. I also like the 21 seasoning salute to roasted veggies with too. It makes it a lot easier than grabbing a handful of different spice jars from the pantry when they are all conveniently in one bottle.
Normally I’m a fan of TJs unsalted, raw creamy almond butter, but since they were all out, I decided to pick the salted version. I haven’t tried it yet since I still have a jar open of Justin’s maple almond butter (also amazing) in the fridge, but I’m sure I’ll like it!
…
And those were my finds on my last trip to Trader Joe’s!
Do you shop at Trader Joe’s? What’s your favorite TJs item?
Peace and Love,
Molly

Yummmm challah bread is my absolute fave!!! It’s so yummy! That, and frozen waffles. I eat those on the reg
Challah bread is seriously so good, isn’t it!? It makes the perfect bread for french toast. And I definitely just had waffles for breakfast
Um you went to TJ’s without me?! I really want to try almond butter, it seems like something I would like!
I think you would love it too!
mm tasty! I wish I could go to TJ’s, I need a car!
I love TJs! It’s so affordable too.
I fully support all these Trader Joes purchases
I seriously love those frosted shredded wheats….my parents always keep them stocked at their house and often times I find myself finishing the box solo when I go home for a visit. Oops.
They are addicting!
I would love to be able to shop at TJs, but sadly we don’t have it up here in Canadaland
That’s such a tragedy! I love the products they offer and the low prices.
I love TJ’s for spices, crazy cheap and always delicious!
Yes!
I’ve never tried TJ’s frozen waffles. Usually I pick up Van’s apple cinnamon ones!
They are delicious! Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside
So…I’m super creepy and I love seeing what people have in their carts, purses, and gym bags, etc. Haha.
I am the same way! I love to try to overhear people’s orders at Starbucks too, haha.
i must try that kale and spinach dip!!
It’s pretty good!
Yay! I used to love these posts!
I alwaaays shop at TJ’s and we seriously buy almost all of the same stuff. The 21 Seasoning Salute has to be one of my favorite products- I put it on everything! And I’m a huge fan of TJ’s almond milk as well! I used to only buy Silk but lately I’ve definitely preferred theirs…and it’s cheaper!
Yes! I love how cheap TJs really is. And I think their milk is now my favorite! I cannot get enough, haha.
